Adama Spinning Factory was established as a yarn-spinning manufacturer in August of 2008 with daily capacity of 13 tones. The 13 tons per day capacity is an average production rate of Open End Ne 18 count and Ring Spun Ne 28 count yarn. The factory has a complete rang of brand new state of the art spinning equipment and committed to upholding global quality slandered.

The equipment at Adama Spinning Factory are RIETER spinning machines from the blow room to the entire spinning processes, Muratec with Uster Quantum 2 modification for winding and conning, Luwa air conditioning system through out the entire factory for humidity, temperature control and waste suction, and SAVIO brand machines for double twisting. Furthermore, the factory laboratory is fully equipped with machines from highly reputed Italian company known as MESDAN.

The Factory produces 100% cotton yarn carded and combed suitable for Adama Spinning Factoryaving and knitting. The range of production includes Open End spun Ne 6/1 to Ne 30/1 and Ring Frame spun Ne 16/1 to Ne 50/1.

Adama Spinning Factory is currently certified ISO 9001:2008 and underway to be certified Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP). Moreover, the Factory is currently implementing and full blown Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for improving customer relations and employee satisfaction.
