Seals - Advanced Sealing Devices Pte Ltd design and manufacture oil seals, hydraulic seals, PTFE encapsulated O-rings, Vacuum Baked O-rings, pneumatic seals, vee-packings, PTFE spring energized seals, Teflon seals, wiper seals; Hygienic Seals for the biological, F&B, and the pharmaceutical industries; Vacuum Baked Seals for the electronics, analytical instruments and vacuum industries; Chemical Resistant Seals that can withstand DCM, THF, DMF, DMSO, Acetone, Toulene, Ethyl Acetate, Cyclohexane, Xylene. We use standard materials and we can also formulate specialised materials upon request. Coatings - We formulate Nanotechnology coatings with properties, such as corrosion, wear, scratch, adhesion, lotus effect and wetability. CNC machining - Using CNC, we fabricate simple to large scale complex components. After fabricating, we can also coat (harden, PTFE) and cleaned them so that they are ready to be used.
