Ambassador Tea also places strong emphasis on customer service, whereby all staff are individually trained in product knowledge and customer care to help guide the customer when purchasing from our wide range and according to you; our customers need.

We have 2 manufacturing plants in Sri Lanka with capacity for tea bags, loose tea packing and bulk tea exports.

We also do a lot of herbal blends and specialised blends for our clients.

We offer our clients the full package where we will design your brand, pack it and then advice you on how you can market it in your country. Our aim is to see you succeed.
