Talented painter and designer Vladimir Pavlov joined Slow Slow Design Group.
He was born on May 6, 1950 in Riga, Latvia. Graduated from the Latvian Academy of Art, Design Department. Since 1977 he has displayed his works in exhibitions of official and unofficial artists. In 1978 joined the Association of Experimental Pictorial Art (St. Petersburg). In 1985 joined the Artists Union of Latvia. In 1988 organized the group "Free Art" in Riga which arranged unofficial artists exhibitions in Riga and Germany. His pictures can be found in private collections in Latvia, USA, SAnno Domini Limitedden, Germany, Switzerland and Russia.
