For your satisfaction we develop, produce and deliver a wide range of steam, hot air and chemical sterilizers, laboratory drying ovens and incubators and stainless steel furniture. Quality management system
In the field of quality management system we linked up to the successful history of our firm. In 1998 the quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:1994 and EN 46001 was introduced and certified. Due to this system and its development, BMT Medical Technology s.r.o., as the first producer in the Czech republic, fulfilled requirements of the international directive for medical means MDD 93/42/EEC already in 2000. With respect to the increasing requirements and needs of customers and employees and the varying conditions in society, our top-priority objective is to introduce and enforce the TQM philosophy in all spheres of the company management. The continual growth of value of our products and services is ensured by the high professional level of our employees, the top-quality technical equipment and the functional quality system. BMT a.s. is one of few companies in the Czech republic, who obtained the accreditation of the Czech Accreditation Institute in the field of validation and proof of sterilization safety for steam and hot air sterilizers. Our accredited test laboratory was allocated the No.1325.


Certificates
The obtained certificates are an inseparable part of our successful development and export to world markets. Beside the basic certificates EN ISO 9001:2000, EN ISO 13485:2003 (production quality system for medical technology) we obtained all necessary certificates for the production of pressure chambers of steam sterilizers for CZ, EU countries, Poland, Swiss etc. The ASME certificate entitles us to deliver pressure chambers to the USA as well. The steam sterilizers destined for the sale in the EU countries are certified by TUV Cert. from Munich and are entitled to use the mark CE0123. Our devices comply with the requirements of appropriate standards and were tested successfully for the sale to many countries throughout the world.


Patents
he active research and development of new products is the basic condition for their later success with customers. Our patents and industrial designs create a base of progress, high technical level and use value of our products. Our creative activity is still developing and at present there are more than 10 patent procedures in progress, not only at the national level but also in the framework of the international patent systems European Patent and Patent PCT. Environment
As producers of medical devices with the motto 'Protecting human health' we consider the environment protection as one of the most important task of our business. Every year we invest considerable effort and sums to reduce the impact of our products on the environment and to save all kinds of energy. Due to these activities we built e.g. a new paint room on the basis of water soluble varnishes, modernized energetic economy and implemented many other projects. When producing our devices we use only such materials and perform such operating procedures that do no harm to the environment (thermal isolations, cooling media etc.).
