Company now provides sourcing & manufacturing service from Turkey for both woven and knitted ready-made garments and socks. The types of services we provide are:*** RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENTTo follow catwalks, international fairs and market trends so as to propose "what&＃39;s hot in the market" to customers and guide suppliers. To action design packs, generate patterns and ensure to send samples within required deadline.*** SOURCING & PRODUCTIONTo source relevant fabric and trims according to design packs and complete development sampling in the light of customer expactions. To complete buying of fabric and all accesories and produce buying orders within quality standarts and certain period of delivery*** CRITICAL PATH MANAGEMENTDaily order follow-up staring from sewing to finishing house, to minimize cut date slippages, to monitor on-time and short ship performances and take action plans to improve KPI&＃39;s*** QUALITY ASSURANCEWe prioritise to meet the quality standarts both indoor production line and within subcons which proven their standarts with long term relations with well-known other brands.
