Chongqing Fangtong Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, formerly named as Essential Animal Drugs Ichuan Co., Ltd, initiated in 1993, was incorporated on 15 Dec 1999, at Banqiao industrial park, Rongchong, Chongqing city.  It is mainly invested by three famed professors from Veterinary College of Southwest University, one of major universities in China. The company covers a land of more than 75,000 square meters with buildup area of more than 53,000 square meters. By the end of 2004, 9 work plants where 13 assembly lines have passed GMP authentication by Ministry of Agriculture of China.
