Since early 1980s, Chongqing QianNeng Oil Purifier (Group) Co., Ltd. board chairman, Mr.Zhanglongyi, with his men started to study and manufacture oil purification and treatment equipment.

In 1993, Chongqing Huaneng Oil Purifier Co.,Ltd was founded. Through continuous innovation and pursuits, Huaneng quickly made a name for itself in national market and became as a designated oil purifier supplier to Chinese State Electric Power Corporation.

In 2000, Huaneng became the 1st one in China, which is given the right to export oil purifier to foreign market. Our ZLY SERIES, used/waste engine oil purification equipment, is pioneer product in China, which solves the worldwide gas engine oil-recycling problem.
