DANANG EQUIPMENTAND SPARE PARTS JSC ( Transaction name  : DAESCO)withits predecessor- DANANGEQUIPMENT AND SPARE PARTS  COMPANY -which previously was the member of Vietnam National MachineryImport-Export Corporation (MACHINOIMPORT ) underadministration of Vietnam Ministry of Trade, was  establishedin 1983, specializing in receiving and distributing automobiles,equipments and machinery for construction and other industry, spareparts and other materials for  allof needs over the country. In 2006 it  becameJoint stock company under Decision No. 1728/2004/QĐ– BTM dated 25/11/2004 and Decision No.0957/QĐ-BTM dated 15/04/2005  of Vietnam Ministry of Trade .
