Our primary business is the blending and production of a unique and distinctive range of multi award winning regional olive oil blends for gourmet retail and food service industries.Dash Olives can also produce tailor made olive oil packaging solutions for specific markets in products from 50ml to 10,000ml.In 2006, we are Australia&＃39;s 3rd most awarded olive oil producer with 19 medals at national competitions for our 4 regional olive oil blends and a total of 24 awards across 2 years of production.After 7 years as olive growers, we commenced the DASH Olives business in 2005 to market premium extra virgin olive oils to Australia and the world. The success of our family business is based on our strong relationships with growers across the country, organoleptic experience in blending and tasting and our innovative approach to packaging and marketing our products.
