Electronica tough carb limited one of the leading manufacturers of Tungsten Carbide products in India. Our company (Tough Carb Division) is a part of the Electronica Group established in 1972.

Tough Carb Division (TCD), an ISO 9001 company - is engaged in the manufacture of Tungsten Powder and sintered and precision ground Tungsten Carbide products serving: metal forming, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, mining, construction, woodworking, petroleum / gas, metrology, aerospace, textile, pharmaceutical, electronics, food, beverage etc. The TCD manufacturing facility is located at an independent location in Sinnar, INDIA (200 Kms from Mumbai & Pune). This is an integrated plant with the starting material being Tungsten Ore, which is processed to APT and further processed to WC powders. This is the only plant in India having the SINTER HIP facility.

Apart from sintered buttons and inserts for mining, TCD manufactures sintered and finished wear parts. Some of the specialty products manufactured are
