Company Description

Emas Offshore Pte Ltd provide offshore support vessels and services to the offshore oil and gas industry. We also provide the shipping industry with other marine services such as provision of marine supplies and engineering services. Our business activities are carried out by the following divisions in our group;

1. Offshore Services Division

Our offshore support services division provides offshore support vessels for charter. With a relatively young and modern fleet, we serve customers mainly in the offshore oil and gas. We also provide ship management services, both for our own vessels as well as third party vessels.

Our Fleet

Setting the standards for newbuilts, our vessels are out-fitted with state-of-the-art Fire Fighting, Anti-Pollution and other specialized safety and standby equipment.

Our fleet comprise of:

1. Anchor handling tug supply(AHTS) vessels; and

2. Fast crewboats

Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels

Our versatile, large and powerful AHTS vessels are capable of handling all types of towing and anchor handling activities. All our vessels are specially designed, built, powered and fitted with up-to-date technology and equipment to better meet the changing needs of our customers. They are capable of working in harsher environments and are less prone to breakdown.

Their primary functions include the following:

* handling and setting anchors for positioning;

* morring drilling rigs;

* towing mobile drilling rigs; and

* transporting other equipment to and from the offshore oil
And natural gas fields.

Our experienced crews are specially trained to man the vessels safely with the precision and efficiency that complements the technology fitted onboard. They are capable of navigating at virtually any depth and under any weather conditions demanded of them.

Fast crewboats

Our fast crewboats deliver speed and efficiency matched by few in the industry. They are fast, sea-kindly and state-of-the-art vessels. Their primary functions include transporting moderate cargo and as many as 120 passengers at high speed in comfort.

We have established a set of internal guidelines to meet the requirements of the International Safety Management Code(ISM Code). Our offshore support vessels are inspected on a regular basis to be in compliance with the requirements of the ISM Code and other applicable national and international regulations.

2. Marine Services Division

As a value-added service to our customers, we provide marine supplies and engineering services including:

1. Sourcing for specialized products such as customized safety equipment package, fire-fighting units, deck machineries, etc;

2. Engineering services such as ship and rig repair and installations, fabrication of steel structures and repair and overhaul services

We are also the sole distributor and agent for some of Maritime Partner AS products. These products are widely used by major offshore support operators, navies, coast guards, major cruise and ferry owners and Search and Rescue Organisations(SAR) worldwide.
