By means of concurrently running the purchase of the component parts and fabrication of the product during the latter part of the design cycle results in a compressed lead-time. In having Esonics engineering and design staff follow the fabrication process, any unforeseen build problems can be addressed and solved quickly. Also, by segregating component parts by levels of manufacturing complexity, we can source to our network of qualified vendors by item according to the required skill level needed to produce the component. This, along with utilizing our own on site machine shop for assembly and debug, leads to cost effectiveness throughout the project. With state-of-the-art, CNC machining centers, transforming raw castings and other raw materials into finished mechanical parts is routine. Turning Centers, Vertical Milling Centers, CNC Grinders and all the necessary support equipment such as saws, and welders, are under one umbrella. In-house engineers program all the systems to assure quality and fast turnaround. Machining specialists are continually trained in the latest computer-based machining techniques to guarantee precise reproducible-machined parts, critical to the manufacture of advanced consumer electronics and electronic systems.
