Blanco 'silver'-these silvers are aged less than 60 days and mantain most of their original purity and freshness.
Best serve with a mixer. Or as a shot with lime and salt.
Reposado 'rested'-these rested tequilas are aged from 2 to 9 months for smother taste.
Anejos 'aged'-aged in oak barrels no less than one year.
These are the smoothest and most mellow of all tequilas.
Each has its own classic aged caracteristics compared to fine cognacs and malt whiskeys.
