GC Bag Co has been actively producing bags & luggages, accessories and apparel in Vietnam since 1998 and now have GC Bag Co. own production studio in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, which has in the last 10 years risen to be the epicenter of quality manufacturing. In a short period of time, this studio has evolved from producing bags for the consumer market to extremely technical products for the law enforcement and military industry. Our office and production studio is located in the Tan Binh District, 10 minutes away from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The team on the ground in Saigon comprises of individuals with extensive background in manufacturing. The studio manager, head technician and QC supervisor alone have more than 25 years of collective experience. These individuals have past clients that included Deuter, Crumpler, Nike, YakPak, LIDL, Itochu and Belkin.

We focus on the product development and production of bags, cases, backpacks and other accessories for the Police and Military industry as well as products for EMS (Emergency Medical Service) and SAR (Search and Rescue). We provide OEM services - Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Because of our specialty, our employees are selected with a minimum of 10 years of sewing experience with this kind of products. As such, we pride ourselves in doing quality work and quality work comes at a price. We manufacture gear that can easily meet mil-spec standards or one that needs to meet the intended use. We do not cut corners and we do not use inexpensive materials. Simply put, we do not do cheap.

If you are interested in any of it you can contact us and we will put you in touch with our client. We do not retail so please do not ask us for pricing for individual items, etc.

Q: Do you sell or can you quote on any of the products shown here?
A: As mentioned above, we DO NOT sell any of these products because they belong to the respective clients. We are a design and production studio. You can engage us to do both or simply help produce your existing designs.

Q: Can you make prototypes or re-sample?
A: Yes we can but this will incur a fee. It should be discussed before the project commences.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 300.

Q: What type of products do you specialize in?
A: As noted above, we specialize in products that cater to law enforcement, military, EMS (Emergency Medical Service) and SAR (Search and Rescue), from backpacks to plate carriers.

Q: Can you produce other products?
A: Yes we can but we would need to look at it on a case to case basis.

Q: What are turnaround time for sampling?
A: It depends on the degree of difficulty of the project but usually no more than 3 weeks.

Q: What is your lead-time for production?
A: Usually 45 to 60 days BUT this also depends on the time of the year and what we have got on our production schedule.
