Boring head High precision universal boring and facing master head, our unique products, contribute a lot to the promotion of the machinery industry. They are compatible with all kinds of lathes, radial drilling machines, milling machines, horizontal boring machines, and other cutting, drilling, and boring machines, thanks to their merits of automation, accuracy, and constant tolerance control. They are especially designed for working on all machine tools to give high precision, easy, and safe operation. Each head consists of more than 10 components, with an outer head circle of 83mm, and a total height of 95mm. High precision universal boring and facing master head cannot be assembled if its components tolerance is beyond 0.005mm, an indication of its superb accuracy. Each head is made of well heat treated high carbon and chromium and molybdenum alloy to give wear-proof and long-time service life.
