Global Emotion BD is a fast growing buying & merchandising services for apparel/textiles buyers around the world. GLOBAL EMOTION BD have our own manufacturing unit as well as A large number of sourcing factories provide close-in manufacturing support and help to meet the growing demand while ensuring superior quality of our products.
We have a robust and vibrant network of vendors, our base starts from Dhaka and we cover all the major hubs of the Bangladeshi garment industry. We are dedicated to quality and committed to sincerely serve our buyers and give the desired product to their complete satisfaction.
Our core team comprises of professional coming together to form this venture, after in-depth, research of all the aspects of the sourcing industry. We have a vast sourcing network of accessory and trims suppliers as well as value addition vendors to the garment. We reach the very core of the garment by interacting with the yarn suppliers to procure the right raw materials for the garment to the last stages of production. We strive to work as a conduit to fill the gap of time culture and language, through communication, mentoring, educating and training the vendors.
Our responsibility to our buyers from sampling to the final shipment of products. We deliver the best quality products to our clients and we deliver products on time.
Supplier Identification: We identify new suppliers based on their product range, financial status, infrastructure, man power and efficiency of management. We continuously update our information on new manufacturers and new products. Information pertaining to new varieties of value additions, fabric, accessories, and new technology area and quota availability are also updated.
Selection of Vendors: We assess the factories in terms of product range, quality of the product made, production capacity, facilities, financial capability, technology orientation, man power, working conditions, managerial efficiency and their overall quality policy. Once our initial assessment is over we exchange information with our principals and make a combined decision in approving an identified vendor.
Order execution and Quality Control :
Global Emotion BD has strong quality control team to check quality at each process from fabric to finished products. Advance production methods and multiple checking of goods at various intermediate levels, our products are guaranteed for word class quality.
Orders are closely monitored from sampling to shipment. Status on sampling, production and shipment are transmitted to buyers regularly. We maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has 5 stages as explained below:
Pre Production Check=>Initial Production Check=>inline inspection=> Random Inspection=>final inspection.
Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.
