As a Customer Driven Manufacturer of both Polymer Coated Products and Contract / OEM Die Cutting, we have been blessed to serve the automotive, cleanroom, sporting goods, signage, computer, construction, filtration, home appliance, aerospace, communications, medical and occupational therapy markets. Our 40, 000 square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio USA houses our entire operation from which we service our customers throughout the world in North, Central and South America; Europe; Asia; Africa and Australia.
CAST OR COATED VINYL: We develop vinyl formulae for both our internal needs and the needs of our customers. After formulating and blending, we cast or coat and fully cure all our vinyl products for maximum consistency, strength and stability. The casting process consistently produces higher quality products than the more commonly used calendering process. Our system incorporates multiple stations allowing for the infusion of fabric or other supporting materials as well as applying water based acrylic adhesives. If required, the vinyl can be slit to the desired width and cut to length or left as Master Rolls.

CONTRACT / OEM DIE CUTTING: 2 flatbed NC automatic die cutters plus slitters and re-rollers provide maximum production, efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality for virtually any project or application. Die cutters have up to 38 ton capacity for thick or dense materials as well as multiple sheet or layer requirements. 30 roll load-up stand allows for a single load-up of up to 30 rolls to minimize time and related costs. Single, multiple and common edge dies are used to maximize yield. Dies are computer matched, when applicable, to optimize consisitency and minimize scrap. You can supply the raw materials or we will either manufacture or source them for you. Both raw materials and finished goods can be warehoused on site for immediate production, load-up or shipment (subject to conditions) .
