This has been achieved by abandoning the "traditional" method of producing noni juice in which manufacturers simply dump the noni fruit into large vats and wait for the noni fruit to ferment, thus releasing a small amount of juice. We have taken a scientific approach to the method and employed equipment and procedures used in the general juicing industry to press the juice out of the fruit with German wine presses then pasteurizing the juice at low temperatures under possitive pressure to maintain all the nutrients. thus producing a standardized fresh juice rather than a fermented one. The result preserves the polysaccharides and diminishes the bitter taste often associated with other methods. We also have the facilities on site to concentrate our juice up to 10:1 if the client desires.
