The company invites interested investors toour mining rights for JV or buyout in the field of Exploration andMining Development. Licenses are attached in appendix 1 of thisdocument. 2.Mining rights on investor demand. This is a specialmining right acquisition done by our company for investors withspecific interests in Tanzania. The company will negotiate andacquire the license for the on behalf of the investor. Uponverification of the buyer interests and confirmation of the miningrights on demand, the company will do the necessary lobby to berequired to bring the license on the table. Investment procedure:1.Investor write a Letter of Intent (LOI) describing specificminerals rights from Tanzania he/ she would like to explore, natureof the operation whether JV/ Buy out 2.Hill Brokes will confirm theLOI and prepare the Mineral rights as per requested by the Investor3.The investor and Hill Brokes will execute the MOU for thegoverning the Investment and the operation begins.
