Examples of custom made solutions and special designs: General Features: The engine, generator and pump are fixed over single base frame with built in fuel tank. Anti-vibration mountings are supplied with the set (supplied loose) for mounting at site. The engine is coupled to the generator through flexible coupling. The pump is coupled to the engine through dry disc clutch coupling. All moving parts are protected by guard for hazardous of accidents. Pump is supplied with inlet/outlet valve and pressure gauges. Control panel is fixed over the unit. Control panel is supplied with one voltmeter, three ammeters, frequency meter, key start, oil pressure, engine temperature and charge battery meter. Exhaust muffler is fixed over the engine through flexible joint. Complete separation between the part containing the pump and diesel fuel tank to avoid fuel unintended water contamination over flowing from the pump which may occur. The range of power out put for AMI power packs is 20–500 hp at 1800 r.p.m For irrigation and general industry purposes where mechanical power is required, AMI produces diesel power packs. Different options are available: Twin and triple mechanical dry type clutch. Protection and control according to customer requirements.
