Chicken feet can be deep-fried, stewed, simmered in sauce, grilled, or made into soup. Boil them in a pot of water for an hour, and then add chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, peas, corn and zucchini and you have a cold remedy like no other. They're also said to make excellent chicken stock.
