Idso Trading Ltd. focus is mainly as consultants in the petroleum industry. We provide service for exploration and production companies. Lately, our main focus has been on international oil trade: We are direct with the Seller who is the Title holder. 1. When we contact you we will give you our Seller&＃39;s full name in order for you to issue the ICPO. A simple ICPO template will be made available and the Seller will be notified. 2. Only an ICPO directly on the letterhead of the Buyer will be accepted by us. 3. There is no need for the Buyer&＃39;s expected procedures to appear on the ICPO as our Seller will only follow his own procedures presented later on the FCO. 4.The ICPO must contain full banking details of the Buyer for due diligence purposes by our Seller&＃39;s international lawyer. 5.The International lawyer will contact the buyer&＃39;s Bank officer only in order to verify the financial ability of the Buyer. 6. After a positive result, we will notify you and the Seller will present the FCO with all information and procedures. The FCO, if agreed to by the Buyer, must be signed on all the pages by the buyer. Only then will the Seller move forward with further documents for finalization of the deal. 7.There will be no deviation from this procedures. 8. There will be no circumvention. 9. The Seller has been in this business for 20 years he has proven his trustworthiness to us over and over again. True buyers will not have a problem to issue an ICPO without having seen an initial SCO and also, the ICPO, as our Seller always points out is not a legally binding document that binds the buyer if afterward, he would not agree to the Procedures presented in the FCO. 10.
