We then marinate the beef in the highest quality natural ingredients. The beef remains in the marinade until the beef has soaked up the natural ingredients to insure maximum flavor. Once the beef is ready, it is then placed in stainless steel ovens and smoked dried for hours until the raw beef becomes jerky.
