Each Batch of raw material is tested for chemical composition, microstructure, purity & mechanical strength before material is released for production. The products are designed through CAD by our qualified design engineers with the help of mechanical drawings & 3D Models. We have built highly specialized manufacturing capabilities, equipped with one of the most comprehensive technologies available in the world. We have in house 3,4,5 & 9 Axis machining capabilities offering unlimited design & finishing possibilities. Various anatomical shapes & designs could be easily achieved with the help of various CNC, VMC, Swiss type Sliding Headstock, electroerosion Machines. Surface Finishing is achieved by Polishing & electropolishing Processes which are validated for consistent quality. Each implant is Laser Marked & ultrasonically cleaned in a controlled environment which is directly connected to Packaging room that maintains class 10000 clean room controlled atmosphere. Product Bioburden tests are conducted in in-house microbiology Lab to ascertain maximum safety.
