We select the material from different instruments according to guidelines of ASTM standard F899-94 and ISO 7153 Standard. We always maintain the customers specified hardness of the instruments with vacuum tampering process and provide the instruments in all finishing like Satin, Mirror, Sand Blast etc. To further ensure the quality of our instruments, we perform all the requisite tests including Harness Test, Boil Test, CuSO4 Test and all else deem necessary. STERILIZATION & LASER MARKING SYSTEM: Its also pleasure to inform that as per customer requirements we stamp their instruments with using the best technology of Laser Marking. Also as per customers wishes we make the single use instruments and reusable with sterilize and non sterilize processes.
