Kunshan Dongying Investment Casting Co., Ltd. is specializing in the manufacture of lost wax investment castings and finished products in carbon steel and low alloy steel. Kunshan Dongying Investment Casting Co., Ltd. is a world-class manufacturer and supplier of large-scale professional investment casting of sol process in China. Our company consists of a steel casting foundry and a CNC machining factory with an annual production capability of up to 1,000 tons of precision castings and finished products, which are mainly exported to Europe, America and Asia.

Our company is located in the famous industrial city - Kunshan, Suzhou in China. It is very convenient to be reached and our company enjoys advantaged geographic position, 5 kilometers away from Beijing-Nanjing-Shanghai Highway, only 50 kilometers east to Shanghai Port, the biggest port in China and 100km west to Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

Our company was established in 2002. Our company covers a total area of 7000 square meters and now has around 100 employees, including 10 mechanical engineers, 5 QA engineers and 70 technicians. Owning a brand-new modern factory, our company covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, and is equipped with large-scale and new-type energy-saving & environment-friendly production flow lines of lost wax casting process and heat treatment equipment, as well as complete and advanced CNC machining equipment.

Besides these one-up production machines and equipment, our company has also advanced and complete inspection equipment in the investment casting industry, such as spectrometers, metallographic microscopes and so on. With above advanced equipment, we are able to supply precise finished products to our customers and make the products meet their overall inspection requirements on chemical & physical properties, non-destructive testing and highly precise geometrical dimension inspection.

Our products are widely applied in all applicable fields involving equipment manufacturing & mechanical manufacturing industries, mainly including trains and railways, mining and engineering machinery, automobiles, ships, petroleum machinery, agricultural machinery, construction, valves and pumps, electric machines, hardware, power equipment and so on.
