This began in the late 1940&＃039;s when my grandfather Mohammed Badruddin Cousin of Nawab of Mongrol state came from India to Pakistan. Although this meant losing lands and the line of royal blood he had to think for the future of his children and grandchildren from that time onwards LA-Z-BOY Private Limited had to face a great many difficulties and hard time crossed our path every few days. Firstly we had no place to live in and had no one to guide us as everyone wanted to settle themselves.After the death of my grandfather my father decided to open a furniture shop and with the help of a friend he opened one, and thus la-z- boy came to be. At first the business was slow, but gradually as it became known the sales grew higher and the business became a profitable one.Sometimes I also used to help my father at work and enjoyed the place and work their immensely.
