METROTILE has been founded in the year 1997 and started the production of metal roof panels and accessories in Belgium (Tongeren) together with the affiliated company METROTILE New Zealand, which is already active for over 60 years. METROTILE manufactures a wide range of steel lightMetrotile Europe NVight roofing tiles and accessories with natural stones bonded to the Aluzinc® coated steel using a unique acrylic polymer adhesive. METROTILE also brings new products into the market year after year by investigating the market and listening to its needs. The METROTILE system can be installed on roofs with pitches as low as 10º, and is a fraction of the weight of traditional roofing tiles. Simple and speedy to fit, fire resistant, and capable of withstanding the harshest of weather/climates including wind speeds in excess of 190kph.Over a period of 10 years, METROTILE has developed an established reputation in the world of the metal roof elements and is improving its position at the market every year thanks to the excellent personal contacts, a proper proportion between price and quality combined with an excellent (technical) service and diversification of the product line. METROTILE has about 30 METROTILE business partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa and this number is increasing yearly.
