Company Description

OliSur Olisur, ***** a producer of Chilean extra virgin olive oil. We are located in the heart of the Colchagua Valley in Chile, an area that is just south of Santiago and is well known for its high quality wines (in 2005 it was voted wine producing region of the year by Wine Enthusiast Magazine). The favorable land and climatic conditions that are ideal for growing grapes are equally perfect for olives. We currently have 1000 hectares planted with more than 15 varieties of olives. All our olives are estate grown on our own plantation and bottled there as well, so we are able to do the harvest, extraction and bottling the same day if we want. That means that we are able to create very high quality extra virgin olive oils with minimum acidity levels. It also means that we can guarantee the quality of all of our oils.
