Forging Capacity- upto 25.4 mm x 80mm Material Capcity- SS, MS, EN series, Metals, in Round, Hex, Square, Triangular. Machinery : Traubs, Headers, Lathes, Semi lathe machines, Drill, Tap thread, Roll thread, Hydrolic Roll thread machines, Milling, Centreless Grinding machines, Press, Spot welding, Plastic moulding machine. Quality Standards: Through out every job work process, all sizes are controlled with standard IS certified plugs and gauges. Before dispatch all efforts are made to remove defective pieces if any and ensure quality as per drawing. Certification of raw material quality can also be provided on customer demand. Components are made exact per customer&＃039;s materail specifications and drawings.
