Get minimum 3 quotes for each enquiry from the customer.
Develop samples as per customer's requirements.
On receipt of order study the requirements and conduct review with the suppliers to ensure that production is done without any problems.
Prepare Critical Path and submit to customer for monitoring.
We continuously monitor our supplier at different stages conducting inspection and testing so that product meets the requirements specified by customers.
Inform the customer as and when required about the progress of production.
Conduct the final inspection at defined Acceptable Quality Level.
Vessel Planning with forwarders and inform the customers about delivery status.
