Rizhao Zhongsheng Group Co., Ltd. is located in New Urban District in open coastal city in the south wing of Shandong Peninsula-Rizhao, facing Japan and South Korea across the sea, abutting Qingdao in the north and Jiangsu Lianyungang in the south, with convenient sea, land and air transport and advantageous economic geographical location.

Founded in 1992, Rizhao Zhongsheng Group Co., Ltd. is a joint-equity enterprise and a comprehensive group company integrating research, production, processing, trade and investment with the rights of self-managed import and export. It has over 10 subsidiaries and total assets of RMB 480 million, and is mainly engaged in machinery manufacturing(Rizhao Zhongsheng Group Co., Ltd. Rizhao Zhongsheng Forging Co., Ltd.), sea land engineering, real estate development, logistics service, seawater seedling breeding, aquatic product deep processing, import and export trade, etc.

Rizhao Zhongsheng Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Rizhao Zhongsheng Industrial Park of Taoluo Town. It was founded on Oct. 25th 2005.The total land area is 6600 square meters with a total investment of RMB50 million. We have 180 employees now, and more than 50 people are engineering and quality control.

The main products are auto and trailer parts, engineering machinery parts and construction parts. We are a modernization company that involved in tooling making, forging, heat-treatment, machining and packing.

The auto parts are included Spindle, Tow Hook, Metal core, Torsion arm, Connecting rod, Bearing seat, Chains, Flange etc. Our main markets are America, Europe, Japan etc. Absolutely, we also sold them to our own country.

Currently, we have five forging lines, including 2500T/1600T hot die forging press made in Russia,400T/300T double plates friction press, and the 3T electro-hydraulic hammer.

The equipments now we have more than 90 pieces: tooling making equipments, machining equipments, heattreatment equipments, painting lines, surface treatment equipments. The main measuring equipments including chemical analysis instrument, hardness, roughness measuring instrument, strength tester and magnetic inspection machine etc. The annual production capacity is more than ten thousand tons and the planned production capacity is fifteen thousand tons.

In May 2006, we gained the ISO9001 quality system certificate and TS16949 certificate in Nov.2007.By strict process management and systematical inspection ,we can provide the most competitive forging and machining parts in the world market.
