Sallay Family FArm Co.Ltd. country got rid of the atrocity of fascism on 4th April 1945. One month later all Europe could breathe again and started to live. The euphoric atmosphere didn&＃039;t take long in Hungary. However the invading forces wanted to stay here and they wanted to force another brutal dictatorship on us. The prophets of this system gave a wonderful future but it was not true. They confiscated the farmers&＃039; land and machines and they gave them to whom hadn&＃039;t got any competence but they were faithful to the forces. Officially the nightmare lasted to 1989 when we had believed that what they confiscated from the farmers they gave them back but they spent 10 years doing performance. They didn&＃039;t give back the lands really but we could buy back from our little money. Afterwards we could not buy new machines but some years later we could buy them on credit in strict conditions. The farmers were really good in that time and they produced more delicious fruits with old machines than the partners (agricultural producers) with new machines in the West European countries. They came here with their lorry and they bought our fruits and vegetables in low prices and they sold them with high profit. Our family had already delivered the fruits and vegetables to the west European markets for 10 years and tried to keep up with the west European farmers. Till now the trade system of the European Union called customs union gave preference to the west European farmers. In spite of this we could reach their markets. Usually we won in the negotiations of price and the quality of our products was really good. Our products were delivered to Austrian, German, Danish, Swedish and Finnish markets. In meantime we delivered to our traditional market: Slovakia, Romania, Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania. Now we are the member state of the European Union and there are no customs any more. The quality of our products meets the Eu expectations and we could increase our export. Tamas Sallay Farmer
