1. February 1967 : Began business as Sam Chang Foundry Co.(a privately-held company) in Kuro, Seoul

2. February 1972 : Won the K.S(Korean Standard) Approved for screw-type, malleable iron pipe joinsts.

3. June 1977 : The company became Limited Co. capital of 200 milion Won.

4. April 1980 : Appointed by Korean government as a manufacturer of machinery designed exclusively for small and medium enterprises.

5. August 1980 : The company's plan for innovation on small and medium enterprises has been backed by Korean Government.

6. Novermber 1984 : Voted as one of the Most Promising Companies by Korean Commercial Bank.

7. May 1986 : Built a high-frequency Induction Furnace

8. December 1986 : Moved the main office and main factory from Seoul to the current site.

9. March 1987 : Selected by Korean government as one of the technology leaders.

10. July 1987 : Won a second-degree international trade license.

11. September 1987 : Listed U,L.,U.L.C. and Approved F.M with butterfly valves.

12. Auguest 1988 : Equipped Furan moulding process.

13. November 1994 : Equipped Automatic Molding line and Technology for the Horizontally Continuous Casting from Russia.

14. March 1995 : Setup a sales office in L.A.

15. Auguest 1995 : Listed U.L, U.L.C and Approved F.M with gate valves.

: Listed U.L, U.L.C with bronze butterfly valves.
