Smart Tech LLC was established at 2003
As at 2013 Smart Tech LLC has representative companies and geographical presence in Armenia (Yerevan), Russia (Moscow) and Georgia (Tbilisi).
The main purpose of the company is to make better and innovate working and social processes using software automation and information technologies.
Target markets: Russia, SIC countries, Africa, South America
Tasks: improvement of products and services quality, RND, knowledge accumulation, talents' accusation, team building, investment in perspective projects.

Notable projects:
1. Biometric passports and ID card project for RA

Customer: Passport and Visa Department, Ministry of internal affairs, Deployment date: 2012
Introduction of the biometric passports and ID cards system allows to produce ICAO compliant documents for RA citizens and fully automated enrolment workflow including biometric data collection.

2. Creating CA authority for national EID

Customer: Passport and Visa Department, Ministry of internal affairs, Deployment date: 2012
Solution will give an opportunity for performing inter-governmental communication. The project is part of Armenian E-government infrastructure.

3. Introduction of the automated auction system allowed JAES to refrain from the traditional auction method automated system for conducting auctions

Customer: Judicial Acts Enforcement Service (JAES), Ministry of Justice, Deployment date: 2006
Introduction of the automated auction system allowed JAES to refrain from the traditional auction method and to concentrate on electronic auctions only. Auction is available via web page and the process is transparent.

4. ARCA online payment system

Customer: ARCA processing center, Deployment history: version 1: 2004, version 2: 2006, version 3: 2010.
ARCA online payment system allowed holders of the cards Pay for utility services, Transfer the money from one's own card to other plastic cards, Receive information on available balance of the card, Get statements about any transactions conducted from the plastic card (not only in the electronic payment system, but also cash withdrawal and offline payment information).
5. Creating ACRA national credit burro

Smart Tech LLC in cooperation with US Company named Creational created the first national credit burro in Armenia, which includes and maintains information about history of loans and borrowers credit history. Later Central Bank of Armenia and Armenian commercial banks became stakeholders of ACRA credit burro.

6. Development of the TANDEM instant payment system

Customer: "Tandem Payments" payment system, Deployment date: 2007
Tandem System is licensed under CBA legislation. Tandem instant payment system allows serving payment terminals, which accept cash flows. The terminals allow for payment of all utility services, loan/mortgage payments, purchase of electronic money, etc.

7. Watchdog: Video-monitoring system for payment devices

Start of sales: 2009, Target markets: Russia, CIS, Africa, and America
The WatchDog video-monitoring system is a flexible solution to ensure security control over payment terminals, ATMs and information boots, their state, device monitoring, cash monitoring. The system is adoptable and fits for all kind of ATMs and payment terminals.
