South365 Dried Fruits and Nuts passionate and experienced growers, packers, and deliverers of top-quality walnuts, almonds, and prunes, from Chile to the world! A sustainable company, we care about our growers, our people, and our consumers in the same manner, also taking care of our environment and bringing healthy and safe food to our consumers. We are also members of Chilenut, an association that gathers some of the most committed dried fruits & nuts companies in Chile.Chile is a great producer of dried fruits & nuts, but a small consumer. For this reason, we export almost 90% of our production to the most demanding markets in Europe, Asia, North America, South America, and Africa.Aware that the best quality is obtained from a good raw material, we have developed research and studies through expert advisors to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity of our orchards. A constant communication with our consumers is also key to achieve the quality and specifications that they demand.Our crops are located on the Central part of Chile, where Mediterranean weather conditions and quality of the soil are optimal for growing. Our orchards are protected from phytosanitary pests and diseases by natural barriers: from the north by the Atacama Desert, from the South by Patagonia, from the east by the Andes Mountains, and from the west by the sea.Our products are processed in state-of-the-art facilities that have the latest technology on machineries for dried fruits and nuts. The company has full traceability on all its processes, from the crops to the final product. Food safety is crucial for us and for our consumers, and for this we have strict clean policies, food safety certifications, and processes in order to guarantee innocuity in all our products, for all those we care.We believe in sustainability as the only way to persevere on time. And this is achieved not only by offering good quality, but also by taking care of all the stakeholders that are part of us. We care about our growers, by being close to them and giving advice on technical aspects of production. Our environment, by having a clean production, certified growers on BPA (Buenas practicas agricolas / Good farming practices), and recycling materials involved in production. Our people and communities, by offering a great place to work with continuous learning programs, and offering development programs to communities from rural areas where we operate. Our suppliers, by having a strict control of the services and products we receive from them, in terms of food safety and environmental care.
