Sparkle Fashion is an apparel manufacturing company. Its offices are in Mumbai, India, and operates dyeing, stitching, checking and packing units for knitted apparel in and around Tiruppur, Tamilnadu.

Sparkle Fashion was started by Pranay Srinivasan, who has 12 years of entrepreneurial full time experience and an additional 4 years of part time experience in textiles, exports, and manufacturing.

Sparkle Fashion has grown rapidly since it was started, and is making strong strides towards becoming an integrated apparel manufacturer that offers great value at honest prices. Sparkle Fashion wish to become one of India s leading value based apparel manufacturers to cater to domestic and international demand for branded and unbranded everyday use apparel at low prices.

Production Capabilities:
KNITTED GARMENTS:
Stitching:
We have 3 stitching units based in Tiruppur, India with an inhouse capacity to produce 150 to 170,000 pcs per month. To augment our production capacity, we have 4 to 5 units on jobwork contracts where we cut the fabric and distribute to these units to assemble the garments. We can produce additional approx 165 to 170,000 units in these units now. We then check and pack these units inhouse. We are in the process of building a larger, compliant stitching unit with a capacity of close to 10,000 units per day. We plan to commission this unit by November 2011. We will also increase our jobwork capacity to approx 190,000 units per month.

Dyeing:
To circumvent the current dyeing crisis, we have captive dyeing units outside Tiruppur to ensure our goods are produced on time. We have 2 x 600 kg vessels and 1 x 1000 kg vessels that can process close to 2,200 kgs per day in Colors. We also have 1 x 800 kgs and 1 x 400 kgs vessel at a separate location that can process upto 1,200 kgs per day in White. We are also adding 1 x 300 and 2 x 1000 kgs vessel to process lots in Colors by August 2011. We plan to set up a second dyeing unit by end of September 2011 that can process upto 5,800 kgs in White to feed our new stitching unit that will be commissioned in October.

Embellishment:
Our supplier network ensures that we have a strong network of Screen Printers, Knitters, Sequins / Embroidery Suppliers, and other allied components of the garment manufacturing process.

WOVEN GARMENTS:
We have a well developed network of fabric, stitching and packing vendors in Gujarat especially Vapi / Surat region, and in Erode, Tamilnadu for Synthetic and Cotton Woven garments.
We also have a strong vendor base in manufacturing ladies Dresses and Beachwear in Delhi / Jaipur.
