These are state of the art melting systems, have excellent running parameters like- Fast Melt Rate, Low Power Consumption and Negligible break downs. •100% in-house manufacturing of Steel and Box type crucibles. •A huge inventory of Spare Parts in stock, for different makes of induction furnaces, manufactured in house and offered from around the globe. •Stefen-Gradmatic Refractory Installation System (RIS) (Under License from Gradmatic Equipment Inc. Canada) a proven Refractory Installation technology brought to India for the first time, already in use in North America for the last 14 years. It installs perfect dense, uniformly thick and accurate lining with two people and 1/3 of manual lining time. We also extend our technical expertise in the following areas: Modification and Repair of Old furnaces which includes- capacity enhancement and efficiency optimization by reduction in power consumption.
