STERLING CREATIONS P.LTD. N Delhi , based company, providing total quilting solutions for the Quilting and Mattress industry , be it supplying machines, their service support, sampling or production on job work basis, or manufacturing of Wadding material in different types of fibres .

We have been catering to the needs of the Garment and Home furnishing product exporters since 1986, and are now proud to have been labelled as the Quilting Specialists in the country.
We got into selling and providing support of the machines only about 5 years ago and have sold over 400 machines, thanks to the good performance of the machine, and able support from our team at STERLING.

Coming to your requirement , we understand that if your requirement is primarily for manufacturing of Comforters and Bedspreads, where in the repeat of the design is fairly large, and you would most often have a bedspread which could be a combination of 3-4 separate design repeats merged in one quilt .The machine ideally suited for such a job is the COMPUTERISED SINGLE NEEDLE QUILTING MACHINE .Such machines operate on different platforms and designs ,but the model we selected for own usage in our factory, was chosen keeping in mind the machines mechanical stability ,its ability to quilt intricate patterns with perfection and to be able to perform without breakdown maintenance free for at least 10-12 years .The model we hence selected was the BST type with a moving bridge ,in which the sewing head would move on the X axis, and the piece to be quilted would move on the Y axis, the said machine is a very good machine and comes at very good price, when you compare it with the European or American machines.

However if we require to quilt continous lenghts of fabrics for products like garment linings ,mittens, pot holders, mattress protectors, bags or other quilted products, wherein you have a similar pattern (In a max . repeat of 10" X 10") quilted all across the length and width of the fabrics, we would suggest you to go in for a MULTI NEEDLE QUILTING MACHINE, as these machine offer very high productivity, as compared to the SINGLE NEEDLE QUILTING MACHINE, but do not have the flexibility to quilt anything like in the case of a SINGLE NEEDLE QUILTING MACHINE, which I would like to compare with an artists sketchboard.

We would further like to suggest over here that in case we are looking at Volume business of comforters , then for price as well as quality conscious and volume buyers like Wall Mart ,Springs etc, you would also need to have a complete BED FILLING LINE, to be able to produce volumes in house , rather than outsourcing services, to cut down on the cost and ensure good quality with low rejections.
