Center for Sapropel performs the following works:
1. Field survey and assessment work, the research of raw materials, the conclusion about his fitness, feed additives, therapeutic mud.
2. Field and laboratory evaluation of sedimentary silt and silt from municipal drives, mud-settling pit, tailings dumps of concentrating factories, fish-breeding ponds. Issuing of findings on disposal of bottom silts.
3. Development of technologies of preparation, extraction, dewatering, processing, granulation, drying, packing sapropel, bottom silts of complex mixtures and products on the basis of sapropel or sludge reservoirs.
4. Preparation of Business plans, Feasibility studies, Projects for the production, processing and packing of sapropel, sludge and products based on them.
5. Preparation of Business plans, Feasibility studies, Projects of water purification, sedimentation tanks, silt, tailing from silting and utilization of recoverable silts.
6. Delivery of equipment, lines and mini-complexes extraction of sapropel and silt treatment of natural and artificial reservoirs, treatment and processing of the extracted material, its dewatering, drying, granulating, packaging, storing, transporting and grinding, as on the Specifications of projects and separately on request.
7. Examination of technologies, business plans and projects for the production and processing of sapropel and sludge into marketable products.
8. Installation, adjustment and commissioning of the equipment delivered by the Center for Sapropel.
9. Full-time in Astrakhan, correspondence, remote, with departure to the Customer, business training on sapropel, its extraction and processing, ponds cleaning.
10. Sale of manuals, reference, research and technical literature, typical and working business plans and projects on CD.
11. Holding of paid and free consultation by phone, Skype or with departure to the Customer.
12. Examination and modernization of the operating enterprises of mining, processing and disposal of silt and sapropel. Improvement and replacement of technologies, outdated equipment and production cycles.
13. Wholesale and retail sale of products from sapropel and sludge: granular, tablet fertilizer, feed additives, therapeutic and cosmetic mud, garden soil, soil-makers, organic-mineral raw materials for recultivation, sorbents.
