Tianma (Chengdu) Railway Bearing Co., Ltd. was founded by Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Co., Ltd. which reorganized the original national large and middle enterprise-Chengdu Bearing Group Company in 2002. The company covers 330,000 square meters, including 130,000 square meters of new and rebuilding plants. The company, which has 2,300 employees, now is located in Chengxiang county of Chengdu. Our main products are railway bearings, wind power bearings, large-size forgings and other non-standard large-size bearings.

As one of the railway bearing manufacturers appointed by Chinese ministry of railway and depending on TIANMA share (Ticker symbol: 002122) capital advantage, our company has expended RMB180 million to begin in four world advanced AICHELIN automatic production lines for heat treatment carburization; high precision Italian FAMIR automatic production lines for grinding and rolling; LYBIT ultra precision lines and NC machine tools in order to ensure the product quality. At the same time, we also bring British profiler, cylindricity measuring instrument, etc., international inspection instruments to improve the test system and provide strict safety guarantee. Now, the company has a production capacity of 400,000 sets of new railway bearings and 200,000 sets of repair bearings per year. Our market share of truck railway bearing has ranked first in China until 2006 and we take the lead in quality assessment conducted by the ministry of railway.

In the ascendant market of wind power, the company has cooperated with Dongfang Turbine (one of the top three gas turbine manufacturers in China) since 2006 and has started the research and development of 1.5MW yaw bearings and blade bearings. At the same time, we launched the products and formed large scale productivity in 2007. Our company now holds certain abilities in manufacturing and processing 1.5MW and 2.0MW wind power bearings, such as design, smelting, forging and rolling, heat treatment and precision machining. In order to ensure the predictability and reliability of the design and quality of blade bearing and yaw bearing, our company has established special wind power bearing R&D department and inspection department, and has also cooperated with world famous wind turbine manufacturers. The products' tower test before shipment is completely imitated the actual operation condition. All of these make our blade bearing and yaw bearing own certain perceptiveness and reliability whether in design or quality and prompt us to become one of the several manufacturers who own the ability to produce bearings up to MW class.

The company also can produce type 3 and type 9 general bearings which are applicable to port machine, tower crane, ships and other engineering machinery. Especially, the short cylinderal ball bearing occupied the top one market share in domestic market in 2006.
