Incepted in 2001, Trishul Metal Industries Ltd. is a leader in manufacturing and exporting of copper tubes, copper strips & plates. With an experience TRISHUL METALS INDUSTRIE LTD. have gained expertise and understanding of this industry and have set benchmarks for others to follow in this field. Infrastructure At present Trishul Metal Industries Ltd. has two units one at East Gokalpur , New Delhi and a second unit at Neemrana in Rajasthan The first unit established in 1983,Delhi has a 600 xxxxx capacity water hydraulic extrusion press, fuel fired melting annealing furnace, draw benches and other finishing equipment. A well-equipped chemical laboratory is also attached to the unit. The second unit at RIICO industrial area Neemrana was started in 2001 with the aim of producing more varieties of extruded products mainly tubes, rods and sections of larger sizes in a vide variety of alloys this unit has a 3000 xxxxx capacity water hydraulic extrusion press with a fixed mandrel type piecer for tube extrusion and direct water cooling facility for copper extrusions. The foundry has three xxxxx fired melting furnaces to improve the extruded product quality , a xxxxx fired billet heating furnace with three zone automatic temperature control has been commissioned. In addition a well equipped chemical testing laboratory with copper Electro analyzer , spectro photometer and wet chemical analysis equipment has been set up in this unit. Physical testing equipment for hardness , tensile strength , hydrostatic and pneumatic testing are being added to the testing laboratory.
