Integrated production line for producing HID-related products. All the major processes, like electrode location, gas pumping, mercury and pellet injection, xenon filling, plasma sealing etc, are executed at special working boxes which are filled with pure argon and operated by connected gloves. The elements of water and oxygen in the glove boxes are less than 0.1 ppm. All producing processes are completely isolated within the high-tech environment.
