Company Description

Unsa has established itself as a major FIBC producer with a Global Network. As of today, Unsa had two production facilities, one 35,000 m2 for extrusion and Unsa Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.S.aving unit and the second one 20,000 m2 for confection unit with an advanced clean room. By 2003 Unsa has upgraded its production to 5 million 4-loop FIBCs per year.

Unsa's Quality Management system has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001 Standard since 1994.

Unsa has also established an official partnership with Packaging Concepts LLC (PCI) for continued sales and distribution efforts in the United States.

Unsa has also started up the construction for its 3rd production site in Hangzhou, China which is planned to operate on  January,  2006.

In 2001 Unsa, started PE Formstable Liner production, making them the first and only PE Formstable Liner producer in Europe who produces under the Gambo license. Unsa is not only producing Formstable Liners, but a various range of liners such as formshape liners, aluminum liners, barrier liners, conductive liners, liquid liners, and drum liners

In 2003 the management system of Unsa is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard by the international audit company BSI. In December 2003 Unsa successfully achieved HACCP certification.

Today Unsa is a recognised FIBC producer with its group of companies covering Europe, the United States and the Pacific Region. Unsa is also represented in three continents through its exclusive distributors. Demand from the sector has forced Unsa to be a service provider as well as a producer. The difference in our Global Organization, with local exclusive distributors spread all over the world, positions Unsa as a worldwide FIBC producer.
