VOP Novaky was established in 1957 as a state company for military repair. Process of transformation began in 1989 after political regime change and was finished in 2006. In this year VOP Novaky became a Joint Stock Company. VOP Novaky A.s. production is divided between special (military repair) producion and civil production. These sectors of production are independent and without influence of each other. I. CIVIL PRODUCTION Manufacturing program of civil production covers: - PU mold production - Surface treatment of metals - Development, designing and production of one purpose machines - Ecological liquidation of airbags ***** Polyurethane (PU) mold production This type of production was introduced in 1994. We offer not only production of molds from different PU materials on the base of customer needs but we offer designing and production of molding tools too. We are great experienced in this production and to the list of references we can write companies as Magna, SE Bordnetze, ***** PU parts from our production was/are placed to the cars (Skoda Fabia - knee protection, Landrover Freelander ( back mirror insulation), Mercedes C Coupe (armrest foam), PU insulating cable transitions for VW concern, PU parts of stomatologic chairs, ***** *****I Surface treatment of metal Since year 1998 our company has began the production activity in surface treatment parts operations performance for automotive industry. In 1999 was started mass production for the customer Contitech Vibration Control System and without one short break in 2008 VOP continuously produce to theese days.
