The present, I offer you procedure of the conclusion of the Contract on purchase of diesel fuel at the Russian companies Gazprom or Rosneft:

1. Ywafc ltd sends LOI and the company Resume (including in Russian).
2. On the basis of these documents your company check.
3. If it passes check you send ICPO and other documents. ICPO it is assured by bank that it is ready to give to you Bank Confirmation Letter (BCL) or Reference Bank. ICPO it will be addressed already concrete company-seller. The supplier affiliated company Gazprom or Rosneft, depending on required volume of the goods.
4. To you send for signing NCND. If you agree, sign.
5. To you send for acquaintance and signing the Draft-contract. If you agree, sign.
6. To you send the invitation to contract signing.
7. Come and sign the Contract.
8. Volume deliveries: 500 000 tons x 12 months.
9. The approximate price of diesel fuel on the terms of FOB Rotterdam: Platts minus discount Gross50/Net30$. The commission, 20$, from them 10$ it is closed by the party of the seller, remained 10$, are halved: 5$ - to intermediaries of the seller, 5$ - to intermediaries of the buyer. In the absence of problems from the buyer during giving of documents, signing NCND and the Contract, the additional discount from the price specified in the Contract is possible still.
10. Payment for the goods, only after its shipment.

11. If you want to write a LOI in Russian, it is necessary to notarize the text. Indicating the steady-state phone number of the notary.
It is better to write the LOI and the Summary of the English and Russian languages ?? on the same letterhead. For a sample send you ICPO Spanish company.
Now we have started the process of registration of the contract for the Spanish company for diesel fuel: 500 000 200 000 x 12 months.
