The selection of material (proper grade stainless steel) performs basic and vital role in the manufacturing process and functioning of instrument, so we always use the most suitable grade stainless steel favorable for cutting and non cutting instruments. Tempering is no doubt has a main role in the manufacturing cycle to give instrument proper hardness and corrosion resistance which enhance the functionality and durability of instrument and we take special cares for that. Instruments are given their final shape and surface finish only after the tempering stage. Surface finish is not just for the visual beauty but it also helps for better cleaning and sterilization of the instrument. We have special setup of our valued workers for the development of smooth and beautiful surface of the instrument.
