Also we are ISO 9001:2000 & OKO-TEX 100 Certified Brief History: Zafar Fabrics primarily took start in 1985 with a unit of power looms. In 1990 as a Manufacturer, Processor & Exporter of woven Fabric and Made ups of Qualities 100% cotton, PC, Twill, Satin, Herringbone, Half Panama & in heavy constructions. Zafar Fabric goes far and wide to various companies in UK, USA, Europe, Middle East, Far East, Australia, New Zealand and some countries in Africa. Weaving Setup: Sulzer Looms – 300 Looms of 110” and 130” & 153” width (in House) Auto Looms – 600 Looms of 115” width (in House) Power Looms – 400 Looms of 105” to 118” (Engaged from market) Processing & Finishing Setup: We have installed most modern and latest processing unit comprising of Brand new “REGANI” Italian Rotary machine in 2007 to prepare the designs in repeat of 640mm, 820mm, 914mm & 1018mm with maximum 16 colors. The new unit has been equipped with continuous Bleaching plant and Jigger dying (Pressure and open) as well. We are also proud to provide 320cm maximum finish width of fabric to our esteemed customers. Quality Control: Laboratory full equipped with modern machines. Design Studio: We have most modern design studio with HP Plotters 42” design jet scanner 4500 42”. Our CAD CAM system has the most modern technology of Ink Jet, Exposing of screens with different repeats i.e. 640mm, 820mm, 914mm and 1018mm Stitching: This is an extensive facility of stitching divided into different department as cutting, stitching, packing and quality control system, consisting of latest Switch Track System (2009) and the following machines with daily production of 60, 000/Pcs Lock Stitch Safety Stitch Flat Lock Double Needle Blind Stitch Cuff & Piping The operations of these machines are fully skilled and professional.
