ZMC belongs to Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter briefly called ZIB), which is the major shareholder of ZMC and controlled in fact by Zhejiang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission .By the end of August, 2012, the registered capital of ZMC is RMB 80 million, staff member of 293, total asset of RMB 1.08 billion and net asset of RMB 287 million, respectively.
    ZMC handles the import and export and wholesale  businesses  for the commodities of the following categories: Zhejiang Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Co.
